Have no doubts, Tri-topia is the perfect training ground.
Swimming includes a great choice of rivers and multitude of lakes and our endless pool. 
Quiet roads with fast surfaces and plenty of scenic runs from the door.
So, if following your own plan for the week, go for it and enjoy all we have to offer.
However if you prefer your week to be more structured follow one of our training plans with suggestions on training for your prefered distance taking into account your goals.
And for those of you who prefer to choose one of our specific training courses/camps running for 7 or 10 days. Which are timetabled and completely structured, with coach. Select which distance applies to you beginner, improver, intermediate, olympic/middle distance, and iron man.
