We present to you three training options.
Package 1
Stay at Tri-topia using us as a base with which to continue your current training. Let us guide you on the best places to go or routes to take. We are always happy to offer advise on training and offer our local knowledge... price €550pppw.
Package 2
Join us on a slightly more structured week where by you follow a set training plan designed by coach Mark Kleanthous, aimed at your prefered distance. He will take into account the phase of the year your are working in... ie if you decide to come in April and are planning on racing in June/ July you would be in your build phase and would be needing to focus on a huge volume training week, this would give you the fitness boost you will carry through to your race season.
Most of this week if you choose to do so you would train along side the tri-topia gang who would accompany you on various sessions and keep you on track with your training plan throughout your stay, this gives you the freedom to explore and fit in the recomended sessions in your own time... price €625pppw.
Package 3
A fully coached week with completely timetabled and structured training/coaching plan with personal coach who will set you a week of training personal to your abilities and goals with others on the course the coach will provide our guests with the most comprehensive week of training possible covering a range of subjects in everything triathlon from transition technique, strength training, bike efficiency, open water technique, nutrition to name but a few... price €700ppw
