Accommodation
Your accommodation in our newly rennovated farmhouse comprises of 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms. We have a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 16 guests (with the possibility of more close by) with various sleeping arrangements ie. twin,tripple, family (double with 2 singles for children) or 4 singles. (club week)
You can discuss these options with us at the time of booking.
We have a comfortable family room and open plan kitchen where we do all the cooking.
(The house is available to rent self-catering during our off-season).

GYM.
Our on site gym allows you and our coaches to tackle your endurance training from another angle.
In order to enhance sports performance and your own longevity - strength and conditioning taining is a must.
On a Tri-topia training camp, you will learn ways to use different techniques to build strength and endurance using your own body weight and also using weights in specific sports targeted ways.
We have a well equiped gym stocked with all key strength/power building equipment. We are available to give advice on the latest techniques to make you enjoy your training and competition more by staying injury free!
Sauna
Relax and detox in our sauna. Ease out those tired legs.

Endless Pool
An excellent training tool for the athlete.
Watch your technique with under water mirrors. Have our swim coach tidy up those bad habits.
The family will have fun too.
