As highly motivated athletes we'd like to train 24hrs a day in reality we can't so what to do in your spare time?

If you've been training hard and feel fatigued take a sleep first this will ensure you make the most of your stay with us. That still leaves a couple of hours in the day to explore.

If you've driven to us we can point you in the right direction and you can sample some of the sights and tastes of the area in your own time.

Sam and i visit a market once or twice a week so your welcome to jump in the car with us to experience a little of the culture.


If you still have the energy take the bikes for a recovery spin and cafe stop or simply go for a walk and enjoy having the luxury of time.
